Rent and connect

Find the right machine, choose its size and image, connect over SSH, and stop it on time.

Find a machine

Find GPUs shows live machines from every market, cheapest first. Each row shows the GPUs per machine as a badge (1×, 2×, 8×), the model, total GPU memory, CPUs, RAM, disk, network, price per GPU-hour and location.

  • Popular GPUs and Any GPU filter by model.
  • Per machine chips show each configuration in the results and how many machines have it. Pick one to see only those.
  • Min GPUs, Max $/GPU/hr and Country narrow the search; Advanced has more.
  • The price shown is per GPU. A machine's hourly price is that times the GPUs you rent.

Rent it

Rent opens a sheet with the machine on the left and its cost on the right.

  • GPUs: the whole machine by default. Some hosts let you rent fewer.
  • Image: the default image, a built-in one (PyTorch, CUDA, vLLM, Ubuntu) or your own from Templates.
  • Stops by itself after: 1 hour to 3 days, any number of hours, or never. The sheet shows the exact stop time and the most the rental can cost.
  • SSH key: your saved key, or paste a new one. Pasted keys are saved to your account.

The cost side shows the hourly rate, what's charged now (the first hour), and how many hours your balance covers.

Connect

The machine's page shows a tracker while it starts, then the SSH command. You're root, with the key you chose.

Shell
ssh root@<host> -p <port>

For VS Code Remote-SSH, or to type ssh my-machine, use copy an SSH config entry and paste it into ~/.ssh/config:

Config
Host my-machine
  HostName <host>
  User root
  Port <port>

Stop it

  • Stop now: stops and removes the machine, and its disk. The hour it's in is already paid.
  • Stop later: quick picks (in 1 hour, 4 hours, a day) or any time, in your time zone. Keep it running cancels it.
  • Stop everything on Instances stops every machine at once and pauses rentals until you resume them on Billing.

Copy anything you need off the machine before it stops. Volumes, where the market supports them, outlive the machine.
