Partner terms
Earning rewards with a partner code, and cashing them out. Last updated October 24, 2026.
Version 2026-10-24.2.
These partner terms are a contract between you and The Good AI Labs Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Good AI Labs", "we", "us"), which runs Arrakis. They cover rewards for referring customers with an Arrakis partner code. You accept by choosing "I accept the partner terms" in your authenticated console, expressly accepting the current version through our authenticated API (including when you or an agent acting for you join the partner program), or signing a written partner agreement that incorporates them. We record the version and time of acceptance. A customer merely redeeming a code does not become a partner or accept these terms.
Our terms of service and privacy policy also apply. An agreement signed by both you and Good AI Labs takes priority for the matters it expressly changes, then these partner terms, then the terms of service. A code's recorded rates and eligibility rules govern its rewards but do not override these terms unless we expressly agree in writing. No conversation, estimate or change you make in a browser creates a different rate or payout entitlement.
Please read these sections closely: What you must never do, Refunds, disputes and clawbacks, Holds and forfeiture, and Taxes. They say when we take rewards back, when you owe us money, and when you lose rewards you haven't been paid.
Who can be a partner
- You need an Arrakis account in good standing, and you must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract.
- If you act for a company or another organization, you accept these terms on its behalf and confirm you're allowed to. "You" then means that organization.
- You can't be a partner if our terms of service don't let you use Arrakis, or if Stripe can't pay you where you are.
- You must provide accurate identity, residence, business, tax and beneficial-owner information when requested, and keep it current. Use an account and payout destination you own or are authorized to operate. Do not disguise your location or identity, or use another person's details to bypass verification, sanctions or country restrictions. Stripe's supported countries and verification requirements determine whether a cash-out is available; an option in our console is not a guarantee of eligibility.
- If an AI agent, a script or another person accepts these terms, joins the partner program or uses a partner code for your account, you are bound by these terms as if you had done it yourself.
- Anyone who meets these conditions can join the partner program from the console or the API. Other partner codes are by our invitation. We may refuse, pause or end anyone's participation at any time, as the law allows.
How you earn
- Your partner code has terms we agree with you: what share of a customer's payments you earn, from which payments, for how long, and any minimum, threshold, sales target, bonus or higher rate. Your earnings page in the console shows what applies and what you have earned.
- Attribution starts when an eligible customer uses your code on their first successful card payment and our server validates it. Your code counts as used when the customer enters it, or when they arrived through your link before that payment and our server kept your code for them; if they arrived through another partner's link first, that partner's code counts. An existing registration alone does not establish eligibility or ineligibility; the code's rules and payment history decide. An introduction, click or sign-up without a valid code does not earn a reward. Later payments earn rewards only if your code's recorded terms provide for them, within any duration, threshold and campaign limits. Rewards are not guaranteed income, and recruiting other partners earns nothing by itself.
- You earn nothing from a payment made with your own card or payment method, or with one that another customer you brought already paid with.
- A reward is worked out from what the customer actually paid us by card or auto-recharge, less refunds, never from free credit or discounts.
- A sales target counts what the customers your code brought paid between its start and its deadline. A target bonus is earned once, when those payments reach the target before the deadline. A higher rate applies only to payments past the target, up to the deadline.
- We may change your code's terms, your sales targets or the program, or end them, at any time. Changes apply to payments made after the change; rewards already earned from completed payments stay earned, subject to these terms. We record every change to a sales target with the reason, and you can see your target's current terms on your earnings page.
- Your earnings page lists the customers your codes brought, with what each paid and earned you, but never who they are. Use the tag on your link to tell your own channels apart.
- Our server-side payment, attribution and reward records determine the calculation, subject to correction of errors and your non-waivable rights. Client-supplied prices, modified requests, screenshots, cached quotes and unverified payment notifications do not establish a payment or reward. Report a missing or incorrect reward within 30 days after it appears or reasonably should have appeared; we will review relevant evidence. This review period does not shorten a statutory claim period.
What you must never do
The following may lead to suspension, termination, cancellation of ineligible rewards and recovery of losses under these terms:
- refer yourself, your own accounts, accounts you control or share, or anyone paid or rewarded by you to sign up or pay;
- create, buy or use fake, duplicate or automated accounts, or payment methods that aren't the customer's own;
- tamper with codes, discounts, attribution, payment messages or payout requests; exploit a bug; use cookie stuffing, forced redirects, unauthorized tracking or stolen account credentials; or coordinate payments and refunds to manufacture rewards;
- give part of your reward to customers as cash, refunds or other inducements, unless we agree in writing;
- send spam, or contact people who haven't agreed to hear from you;
- make false, misleading or unsupported claims about Arrakis, its prices, its machines or its availability, or promise anything we haven't offered;
- pretend to be Arrakis or Good AI Labs, or suggest we endorse you beyond this program;
- bid on "Arrakis", "Good AI Labs" or similar terms in paid search, or use our names or marks in domain names, app names or social media handles;
- use our names, logos or marks except to describe your code and our service accurately;
- hide that you earn from referrals. Wherever you recommend Arrakis, clearly say that you earn a reward when people pay with your code, as the law requires (in the US, the FTC's endorsement rules). You don't have to say how much;
- share non-public rates, targets, bonuses or customer information except with advisers bound to confidentiality, with our written permission, or as required by law. This does not restrict truthful advertising disclosures, protected reporting, or information that became public without a breach.
If you use AI agents, scripts or other people to promote your code, you are responsible for everything they do as if you had done it, and these rules apply to them.
You must follow applicable advertising, endorsement, privacy and electronic-marketing laws, obtain required consents, and stop using material we reasonably identify as misleading or unauthorized. Do not collect customers' passwords, payment details or sensitive identity data for this program. You receive only a limited, revocable right to use our approved marks to describe your participation accurately; you acquire no ownership in them or authority to bind us.
When rewards can be paid
- A reward is pending until its customer's payment has reached our Stripe balance and its recorded availability date. If your code's terms include a holding period, that date is the end of the period after the customer's payment; you can move the reward to your Arrakis balance before then. Availability is not a guarantee that the payment cannot later be refunded, disputed or reversed. Compliance reviews, a negative earnings balance or a lawful hold can delay payment even after that date.
- You may request a cash-out of available earnings once cash-outs are open, you have accepted the current terms and Stripe has verified your account and enabled the required capabilities. Minimum amounts and any deductions apply. You can instead move available earnings to your Arrakis balance at no charge; that choice is irreversible, and those earnings can then be used only for Arrakis services, not cashed out, transferred to another account or refunded as paid funds. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
- Each cash-out keeps back tax we withhold, our platform fee and a transfer fee, at the rates shown before you confirm it. We may change these rates for future cash-outs; the rates shown when you confirm are the ones used.
- We pay in US dollars. Stripe may convert the money to your currency at its rates and charge its fees; Stripe and your bank decide when it reaches you.
- Deductions are calculated on the gross cash-out, each percentage rounded down to the nearest cent, with the displayed fixed transfer fee added. The confirmation shows the gross amount, tax withheld, platform fee, transfer fee and net transfer. If our settings change before a new request is processed, you must review them again. A retry of the same cash-out uses its original recorded amounts and does not create another entitlement.
- The configured transfer fee is charged per Arrakis cash-out; a transfer to your Stripe account and Stripe's later payout to your bank are separate events. Our fee is not a promise that every Stripe or bank charge equals it. Foreign exchange, cross-border, instant-payout and bank charges may apply separately. Stripe's monthly active-account charge is currently borne by Arrakis and is not deducted separately from your earnings. Any future charge to you must be disclosed before you confirm it.
Payouts through Stripe
- Cash-outs use Stripe Connect Express. Stripe's Connected Account Agreement, including the Stripe Services Agreement it incorporates, applies between you and Stripe. You must complete Stripe's onboarding and accept its applicable agreement yourself. Our acceptance button does not accept Stripe's agreement on your behalf or guarantee Stripe's approval.
- You authorize us to create and administer your connected account for this program, obtain its verification, capability and payout status, generate secure onboarding and dashboard links, and initiate transfers you request and permitted adjustments. You authorize necessary data sharing with Stripe under our privacy policy. This authority does not permit unrelated charges or withdrawals. You can end participation by contacting us; obligations for completed payments and lawful recovery of overpayments survive.
- Stripe collects and verifies identity, tax and bank details through its hosted forms. We receive the account and transaction information needed to operate and support the program. Keep your sign-in and one-time links private, and report suspected account compromise immediately. Each party remains responsible for its own acts and legal duties; we do not guarantee Stripe's or your bank's approval, availability, exchange rate or arrival time.
- A cash-out marked "sent" means Stripe confirmed the transfer to your connected account, not that your bank received it. If Stripe definitively rejects a transfer before sending it, the reserved earnings are returned. If the outcome is uncertain, the earnings stay reserved while we confirm it; a timeout alone does not prove failure. Reuse the original request or contact us rather than starting a replacement. A transfer already sent is not automatically undone because its later bank payout is delayed or fails.
Refunds, disputes and clawbacks
- If a customer's payment is refunded, disputed or charged back, in full or in part, or turns out to be fraudulent or unauthorized, the reward it earned you is taken back in the same share, whether or not it has been paid out. A target bonus is taken back if the target is no longer met because of those payments.
- If what is taken back is more than your available earnings, your earnings balance goes below zero. Later earnings pay it back first. If the balance stays below zero for 60 days, or your participation ends, you must pay us what you owe within 30 days of our request, and we may recover it from your Arrakis balance or by reversing transfers to your Stripe account where Stripe allows.
- Recoveries are limited to the amount actually overpaid or otherwise owed, supported by our records, with no double recovery. We may offset that amount against later earnings or amounts we lawfully hold for you, and give notice of the calculation. These terms do not authorize an unrelated debit to your bank or a saved card without any further authorization required by law or Stripe.
Holds and forfeiture
- We may place a proportionate hold on affected earnings for up to 120 days while investigating suspected fraud, abuse, a breach or a payment dispute, and longer where law, Stripe or a card-network rule requires it. We will explain the reason and how to contact us unless prohibited by law or doing so would prejudice the investigation. Unaffected, valid earnings are not automatically forfeited merely because an investigation or termination occurs.
- Rewards earned by breaking these terms are forfeited, and so are rewards from customers involved in fraud or abuse.
- On termination, new referrals stop qualifying unless a signed agreement says otherwise. Valid accrued rewards remain subject to settlement, review, offsets and these terms; termination alone does not erase an undisputed amount we owe. Contact us to arrange any final eligible payment if normal cash-outs are unavailable. A hold, suspension or inability to use Arrakis credit does not convert cash earnings into paid funds or remove mandatory legal rights.
- We may contact you about dormant earnings. We will comply with applicable unclaimed-property and record-retention requirements; inactivity alone does not authorize us to confiscate money that the law requires us to preserve or remit.
Taxes
- You are responsible for reporting and paying every tax on what you earn.
- You must give the tax information we or Stripe ask for, such as a US Form W-9 or W-8. We may issue tax forms, report payments to tax authorities and withhold tax where the law requires or where you haven't given the information asked for.
- A displayed tax deduction is withholding, not a sales tax or a promise that your total tax liability is paid. Rates and documentation depend on your circumstances and applicable law; a zero rate does not mean your earnings are tax-exempt. We will withhold and remit amounts when legally required and provide records required by law. A tax form or amount reported by Stripe does not relieve either party of its own reporting obligations.
Responsibility for claims
To the extent permitted by law, you will reimburse Good AI Labs for reasonable, documented third-party claims, losses and legal costs caused by your fraudulent or unlawful promotion, infringement, misuse of personal data, or material breach of these terms. This does not cover loss caused by our own breach, negligence or misconduct. We will give prompt notice, reasonably cooperate, and allow you to participate in the defense; neither party may settle a claim in a way that admits liability or imposes an obligation on the other without its reasonable consent.
How we work together
- You are an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms makes you our employee, agent, partner or joint venturer, and you can't make promises or contracts for us.
- You may end your participation at any time by writing to arrakis@goodailabs.com. We may end it at any time, for any reason or none, with notice to your account's email.
- We may change these terms with advance notice by email or in the console, except where an immediate change is necessary to comply with law or address fraud or security. Changes apply prospectively and do not reduce valid accrued rewards retroactively. A material change requires acceptance of the new version before a new cash-out. If you decline it, stop participating and contact us to settle valid accrued earnings under the applicable earlier terms, subject to legal verification and recovery requirements.
- Our terms of service, including their limits on our liability and how disputes are resolved, apply to these partner terms too.
- Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes our obligation to account for and pay valid, undisputed earnings under these terms. Program participation provides no guaranteed volume, income, continued availability or exclusivity. These terms and any applicable signed agreement are the complete partner agreement; a waiver must be express, and an unenforceable provision does not invalidate the remainder. Payment, recovery, confidentiality, tax, liability and dispute provisions survive as needed after participation ends.
- If a translation of these partner terms differs from the English, the English applies.
